A WW2 British Silver “Guinea Pig” Club Brooch. Worn by servicemen who had been badly burnt and received experimental plastic surgery by Sir Archibald McIndoe. Ward 3 of the Queen Victoria Hospital East Grinstead West Sussex was known as “The Sty”.
