A vintage HIATTS 1960 handcuffs with two keys, the preferred “bracelets” of security forces all over the world. NB: Due to age, one of the two locks appears to be stiff.
An increasingly rare thumb cuffs with two keys, in new/unused condition. Due to possibility of injury, although it is legal to own, it is illegal to trade in the European Union, but totally legal in UK.
