1944 Dated 5th Royal Inniskilling Dragoon Guards Beret & Cap Badge. 5.DG landed in Normandy just under a month after the initial D-Day landings as part of 7th Armoured Division. They fought in the Battles of at Saint-Pierre-la-Vieille and Mont Pincon along many others.
