Old Japanese chefs knife signed Miyokoya. Eel knife hand forged, appears to be blue steel, file markings still evident. Camelia wood handle. Metal Tsuba slips, easy fix. Blade 140mm x 31mm x 6mm. Looks to be new long term storage. Needs a little more stoning to be Perfect.
