Exceptionally rare 1920’s hand forged Japanese Chefs knife made by Katana KAJI, in the tradition of the samurai sword this is considered Honyaki, highly desirable. These large blades were seized by occupation forces in Japan after WWII, numerous service men were killed by these large knifes, making these blades exceptionally scarce today. Cutting edge 380mm. Blade width 40mm. Blade thickness 7mm. Rare & very beautiful large Blond Buffalo Horn Tsuba, highest quality wood handle shaped to fit the hand.
