Rare WWII Japanese imperial army Helmet of General TADAMICHI KURIBAYASHI. Exceptionally rare Helmet attributed to Lieut General Tadamichi Kuribayashi commander of Iwo Jima island 1945. Only a handful of Imperial Japanese Army Helmets like this exist today ; Double + the weight of an ordinary imperial Japanese army helmet. Original Black paint & Red painted star. Original Interior leather liner with bullet wound bandages under each flap. Paint exterior in excellent condition, interior paint excellent condition.
