A large, beautifully polished, Upper Devonian (380 million years old) Goniatite in matrix from Morocco. The species has been scientifically identified as Manticoceras cordatum (Sandberger) and it was found near Erfoud, Tafilalt, Morocco (near Tahiri museum of fossils). Diameter: 20 cm appr, weight: 1740 g.
