Very Rare Antique Japanese TOSA made samurai Fighting axe. the Tosa Makers in Tokushima are famous for making hand forged axes with laminated blades in the same tradition as the Samurai sword. the laminated v shape blade is indicative of the Tosa axe. late 19th Century. 55cm length.
