An 1896 Bronze Farthing Coin. Near Uncirculated. Obverse – Features the crowned and veiled bust (‘Old Head’) of Victoria facing left, legend around which reads "VICTORIA·DEI·GRA·BRITT·REGINA·FID·DEF · IND·IMP·" which translates to "Victoria by the Grace of God Queen of the Britains Defender of the Faith Empress of India". Reverse – Shows the helmed Britannia seated facing right, holding a trident, hand resting on a shield, with the date below and the denomination above and date below.
