Vintage Japanese Chefs Knife. Hand forged Japanese Chefs knife signed SAKAI TAKAYUKI , famous maker from Sakai City Osaka, family producing Samurai swords for hundreds of years. About 1970’s ish knife , cutting edge 235mm. Some SSS, required Stone, Steele , Strop , to be razor sharp again. Otherwise a very good chefs knife, light weight blade.
