An Unusual Imperial German Fire Helmet. A standard 1915 Pattern Army Pickelhaube Marked to the 19th Infantry. The spike has been replaced by a fire Brigade cone. Maybe for dealing with burning crashed aircraft or as a makeshift fire helmet after the War during hard times.
